First, GEM is very disturbed by the claims of illegal conduct stemming from the investigations, and we strongly believe that anyone proven guilty of such practices should be brought to justice.

To be able to offer you choices, GEM maintains relationships with multiple insurance companies. We do this because one insurance company’s policies cannot meet the needs and desires of all our customers---one size does not fit all. Each of those insurance companies have contracts which detail how much revenue they will pay GEM. Most contracts include a combination of commissions and performance based compensation.
